Content & platform policy

The following policy outlines Fairverse's operational position with respect to content hosted or distributed through the platform. This document is subject to change without prior notice.

Content distribution

Fairverse operates as a content distribution platform and does not assert ownership over third-party mods, assets, or files made available through the service. All intellectual property rights are acknowledged as belonging to their respective originators in accordance with applicable frameworks.

Content indexing

Content accessible through the platform is either submitted voluntarily by users or sourced from publicly available repositories. Fairverse does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or continued availability of any listed content. All content is provided as-is, and availability is subject to change at the platform's discretion.

Internal review procedures

Fairverse operates an internal review process for matters pertaining to platform content. Reviews are conducted at the discretion of the platform and are subject to internal criteria that may not be disclosed externally. Outcomes of any review are final and issued at Fairverse's sole discretion.

Conduct & communications

All platform-related correspondence must be submitted through official channels and will be assessed in accordance with internal procedures. Fairverse does not operate an open content management request system. Submissions that do not meet the criteria for formal review will not be escalated, and not all enquiries will receive a direct response.

Platform position

Fairverse's objective is to maintain a consistent, professionally managed platform. Unsubstantiated claims, demands, or communications that circumvent the standard review process will not be actioned. All parties are expected to engage constructively and in good faith through the appropriate channels.

Platform correspondence

For general platform enquiries, correspondence may be directed to our support page or via Discord. Note that all submissions are subject to internal review and not all enquiries will receive a direct response. Fairverse reserves the right to decline to respond to communications that fall outside the scope of formal review criteria.
